 Roles & Responsibilities
Lead large ERP- and CRM-enabled business transformation projects from initiation to completion.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with KPMG quality standards and methodology.
Manage complex, multi‑year transformation programs that may include ERP/CRM implementations, strategy work, Target Operating Model design, process optimization, and change management services.
Take ownership of key project roles that are critical to the success of the transformation.
Apply strong IT knowledge alongside excellent communication, inclusive leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
Build trusted and long‑lasting relationships with clients through a strong focus on collaboration and quality.
