Responsibilities

• Manages medium to large customer facing projects – deployment, integration, and migration of TE(CISCO) equipment to new/existing Telco network infrastructure.
• Correlate deployment, integration, and migration plan into a project implementation plan from Scope in the Statement of Work.
• Creation of a project schedule and plan with resource and material requirements.
• Lead the risk assessment, maintain control over identified risks and mitigations.
• Participate in the preparation of proposals and agreements at customer level as well as with vendors.
• Oversees project staff including project engineers, vendors, partners, and subcontractors.
• Manages the project from start to completion including the resolution of project issues.
