Project Manager

This role leads the execution of automotive NPI and sustaining projects at Molex, acting as the primary driver of cross‑functional alignment, customer communication, and engineering change execution in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

You will be part of the NPI / Project Management organization, working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and global division teams across the US and Europe to successfully launch and sustain automotive programs.

What You Will Do

• Drive cross‑functional execution during NPI and sustaining phases by aligning teams around clear deliverables, timing, and ownership.
• Act as the primary interface between Molex and external customers (OEMs and tier suppliers), ensuring transparent communication of status, risks, and changes.
