Role Description

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead development projects related to E-Mobility and Electric Drive products
Including e-Axle, e-Motor, Hybrid, Mild Hybrid, etc.

Plan, execute, monitor, and close complex, multi-site projects, coordinating closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear specifications for project teams in Japan and overseas, ensuring proper execution.

Coordinate with overseas testing teams to define test conditions, execute testing activities, analyze results, and support explanations and reporting to customers.
Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline

Experience in product development or technical development within the automotive industry
