This role requires a strong operational leader with hands-on experience in after-sales service management, field operations, HVAC/home appliance industry exposure, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Service Network Development
Develop and execute expansion plans for on-site AC service operations across target areas
Coordinate with communities, commercial areas, and property management for service point establishment
Manage service center setup, branding implementation, and operational readiness
Monitor operational costs and ensure activities remain within approved budgets
