Project Manager

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing-related projects including equipment installations, process improvements, plant expansions, and NPI initiatives
+ Develop detailed project plans and corp. level presentations including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
+ Ensure alignment with plant production schedules and operational constraints
+ Drive adherence to stage-gate or structured project management processes
+ Apply Lean and Six Sigma (DMAIC/DMADV) methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase throughput
+ Lead Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and process optimization initiatives
+ Utilize data-driven decision-making to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
+ Track and report measurable improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and safety (CQDS)
+ Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and EHS teams
