Project Manager-Operations

Job Summary

As part of the creation of a new Project Management team within Operations, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a variety of initiatives. These will range from product-related technical projects—such as new product introduction and industrialization or maintenance—to quality improvement, process optimization, and continuous improvement projects. The Project Manager may also be involved in cross‑functional initiatives aimed at supporting the company's growth.

Reporting to the Operations Project Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in delivering complex, high‑impact projects in close collaboration with R&D, Quality, Production, Strategic Sourcing, and Continuous Improvement teams.

We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven individual with strong influencing skills and a proven track record in project management within a manufacturing environment—ideally in the electronics sector.
