Role Description
Key Responsibilities
- To be responsible for providing project management to ensure the safe, successful, cost-efficient, and timely delivery of a variable number of projects at any time, enabling and providing as necessary, effective risk management and problem resolution.
- To ensure adequate resources are assigned to projects, ensure appropriate levels of skill, especially for project delivery teams. Assist the Construction Director with recruitment, selection and development of new staff.
- To provide guidance and to personally manage, as appropriate, risk and client and professional expectations through early identification of issues from project reporting project meetings and other inputs.
- To proactively set health & safety standards and culture for all assigned projects and to take appropriate action where necessary to reduce safety risk.
- Responsible for the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
