AllRock Consulting is rapidly growing. We need an experienced Project Manager to lead and expand our Toronto operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, develop work plans and timelines, and identify required resources.
• Create project schedules and milestones, coordinate activities between teams, contractors, and stakeholders, monitor progress, and adjust timelines when delays occur.
• Prepare or assist with project budgets, cost tracking and reporting, manage change orders, forecast project costs, and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Supervise field staff or team members, assign tasks and responsibilities, mentor staff, and handle performance issues or discipline when required.
