We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work for a well-known Vancouver-based General Contractor. Thepany undertakes a large amount of repeat business and prides themselves on building architecturally interesting projects as well as nurturing long-term relationships with their clients. Thepany has a solid reputation within the industry and strongly advocates an ‘open book’ approach to projects. Work is undertaken in various sectors, includingmercial, residential and institutional, with projects ranging in value from $10–$100m. Thepany has a very close-knit team environment with many long-term employees.

Your new role

Due to an increasing workload, there is a requirement to add a Project Manager to the team. You will manage your own $12m ground-up construction project that is about to start in theing months.
