Overview

The Project Ops Analyst position at Fathom is a critical role accountable for ensuring effective Technical delivery, with a primary emphasis on the tech‑to‑product cycle and internal governance. Additionally, this role will be expected to develop and mature Fathom’s operational ways of working and improvement initiatives. This role reports to the new Lead of Delivery and Improvement in the Technical team.
