Project Planner

Position Summary

Thales has a vacancy for a P-6 Project Planner/Scheduler who will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of engineering changes and their implementation across the Arctic Offshore Patrol Ships & Joint Support Ships (AJISS) Program. Reporting into the Planning Group Lead and forming part of the PMO, you will develop and maintain integrated schedules that enable predictable delivery, effective change control and informed decision‑making.

Key Areas of Responsibility

This role is well suited to a planner who is comfortable working closely with engineering, configuration management and project leadership to manage complex change activities.

Main Duties of the Project Planner include:

• Developing and maintaining detailed integrated project schedules, principally for engineering changes.
• Translating engineering scope into structured WBS, activities, logic and milestones.
