Job Description
A utility client in the South Houston area has a need for a Project Coordinator/Scheduler (PROJECT READINESS) to join their Transmission Contracting Services Team. This individual would report into the Manager of Transmission Contracting Services who reports into Director of Transmission Operations. You would be helping the entire team with long range project readiness for their schedule for contractors for their transmission operations out in the field.. This team deals with all the transmission structured outlines for all transmission operations work that comes in. They will be managing multiple projects and will be utilizing the portfolio schedule so that they can schedule their contractors for the year, depending on how many they’ll need per project. There is a lot of planning that goes into this role, so they will be utilizing their planning software heavily.
