The Town N Country Mall is currently hiring a Property Administrator in Moose Jaw.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Responding professionally and promptly to resolve tenants/shoppers inquiries and requests
• Handling leasing inquiries
• Working collaboratively with the Leasing team to support leasing activities
• Establishing strong working relationships with tenants, shoppers and vendors/trades
• Monitoring check-in and check-out for trades
• Scheduling and conducting inspections
• Helping coordinate vendors/trades for deficiencies and repairs
• Conducting regular building inspections and documenting any deficienciesEnter AP/AR into Yardi system
• Identifying opportunities to foster engagement within the building and with tenants
