Property Engineer

Qualifications :

• Atleast 2 years of experience
• BS Mechanical or Electrical
• Experience in Property and Assets Management, and Quantity Surveying Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee regular maintenance schedules for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure optimal performance
• Track and manage all physical assets, including equipment, tools, and infrastructure, using asset management systems.
• Address engineering and technical concerns related to property operations, including troubleshooting and repairs
