Job Summary

We are seeking a results‑driven Property Leasing Manager to oversee and optimize leasing performance across a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, residential, and leisure properties. This role is responsible for maximizing occupancy, driving revenue growth, building strong tenant relationships, and ensuring that all leasing activities align with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets across all property types
• Identify and secure prospective tenants through market research, networking, and outreach
• Negotiate lease terms, contracts, and renewals to ensure favorable agreements
• Manage end-to-end leasing processes, from prospecting to contract execution
