Proposal Coordinator 2

RH2 Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Proposal Coordinator 2 to support the firm's business development and marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality, compliant proposals and submittals in a fast-paced consulting environment. The ideal candidate brings prior proposals experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry, exceptional organizational abilities, a collaborative approach, and a customer service mindset.

+ Coordinate all aspects of proposal and submittal development, including content creation, document assembly, tracking review progress, and ensuring timely delivery of final submissions.

+ Collaborate with RH2 and CSNW Project Managers and technical staff to gather and refine proposal content.
