What You Will Do

Strategically analyze RFQ/RFP calls and create structured responses tailored to client needs.

Prepare and manage proposal schedules, responsibility matrices, and compliance lists.

Lead bid team meetings—including kick‑offs, coordination sessions, and bid reviews—to identify winning themes and key messaging.

Develop persuasive, high‑quality content that showcases Pomerleau’s standards and expertise while ensuring compliance with bid requirements.

Maintain open communication with subject‑matter experts and bid team members to integrate technical details into persuasive narratives.
