Wood is recruiting for a Proposals Manager in Perth to manage the development and delivery of proposals, expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, and other customer responses for assigned opportunities, in accordance with approved win strategies and governance processes. This position may also be based in Melbourne or Brisbane.

Reporting to the Proposals Team Lead, the role is accountable for end-to-end proposal execution on allocated pursuits, coordinating contributors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and delivering high-quality submissions on time.
