THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a Proposition Development, Senior Lead who will be responsible for:
- Develop innovative propositions to (i) bridge the gap in protection for Vietnamese customers (customer needs), (ii) tailor for agent development, capabilities readiness, distribution strategy (distribution expectation) and (iii) meet company profitability target.
- Oversee the entire process from development such as design, reinsurers alignment, customer and sales force survey, regional & regulatory submissions, provisions… to implementation such as user ...
