About the Role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Credentialing Specialist to support provider onboarding and compliance. You’ll review provider credentials, verify licensure, maintain documentation, and ensure all information meets regulatory and organizational standards.
What You’ll Do
+ Complete credentialing and re‑credentialing processes in line with policies and procedures.
+ Send and track provider forms, ensuring timely completion.
+ Review documentation, research discrepancies, and verify accuracy.
+ Monitor licensing boards and regulatory reporting sites for up‑to‑date provider information.
+ Prepare concise summaries and maintain compliant provider files.
+ Educate providers on required forms and submissions.
+ Prepare reports and templates using Word and Excel.
