Role Description

Tasks
 Participate in the resident/tenant selection process (AccèsLogis program).
 Contribute to the development and implementation of intervention programs.
 Support the team during the start-up and ongoing operations of the project.
 Provide psychosocial support to residents/tenants.
 Develop and follow up on individualized intervention plans.
 Document interventions and client files.
 Facilitate group workshops and community activities.
 Deliver workshops related to intimate partner violence (IPV).
 Help maintain a safe, community-oriented living environment.
 Intervene in conflict situations and support healthy group dynamics.
 Collaborate with community partners and multidisciplinary teams.
 Participate in the on-call rotation (remote or in-person interventions).
 Represent the organization on committees and with external partners.
