Role Description
We are recruiting a Pupil Support Mentor to work within a secondary school supporting pupils with additional emotional and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 pupil support
Support emotional regulation and behaviour
Encourage positive engagement with learning
Build strong relationships with pupils
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting young people is desirable
Calm and consistent approach
Strong interpersonal skills
