Responsibilities

• Apply sourcing methods and improve processes/tools
• Lead short-term projects and ensure timely delivery
• Supervise team members (task assignment, prioritization, feedback)
• Coach, train, and evaluate team performance
• Manage task assignments and workload distribution

Requirements

• With at least 3–6 years of relevant sourcing or procurement experience.
• Experience with structure, sourcing processes, and business operations.
• Can start as soon as possible
• Amenable to attend interviews
