Job Profile -

• Follow up with suppliers for order confirmations and delivery timelines
• Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details
• Support senior team members in vendor communication and negotiations
• Handle basic documentation and filing tasks

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of procurement processes
• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
