Role Description

Responsibilities
Execute vendor contracts and ensure obligations are met.
Purchase packaging, ingredients, and consumables to meet production requirements.
Maintain accurate MRP data and coordinate stock rotation.
Balance raw material inventories across sites and minimise freight costs.
Manage incoming raw materials plans to plants and stores, ensuring ETA accuracy.
Ensure supplier documentation, import certifications, and regulatory compliance are accurate and up to date.
Monitor inventory to prevent aged stock and ensure accurate stock records in ERP systems.
Support invoice verification, credit creation, and financial accuracy for purchased materials.
Assist with vendor identification, validation, and negotiations as required.
Deliver on key KPIs including stock availability, aged stock prevention, and timely documentation.
