Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Purchasing Back Office Administrator is responsible for the administrative implementation of purchasing actions
The candidate is responsible for: 
Placing open orders, closed orders, and cancelling orders (for parts, tools, transport) 
Launch price increase approval workflows (ePVS) 
Updating prices in SAP after ePVS approval by purchasing Management 
Management of blocked invoices for price differences – liaison with accounts payable dept 
Filing and archiving the legal documents as orders, LTA, Tooling investment, QAA… 
Supplier creation workflow creation (MDM) 
Tracking the suppliers’ reply for signature, contracts, RFQ, …
