We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive (Airframe MRO) to support our growing aircraft maintenance operations across Malaysia and Europe. If you thrive in a fast-paced aviation environment and enjoy working with global teams, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain minimum stock levels of consumables and expendables (C&E) for MRO operations in Denmark and Malaysia.
• Review historical C&E orders to identify frequently used materials (quick runners) and ensure proactive stocking.
• Participate in daily morning meetings with the Malaysian & Danish teams (CET time zone).
• Analyze maintenance preload lists and ensure all required materials are available prior to aircraft induction.
• Monitor project orders and update minimum stock levels when required.
• Coordinate purchasing activities with the MRO purchasing team.
