Job Description

This individual will play a critical role in supporting plant operations by managing the procurement of raw materials, chemicals, equipment, and services. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in NetSuite, and experienced in vendor coordination and inventory management. This role partners closely with plant leadership to ensure materials are available, inventory is accurate, and supplier performance meets operational standards—making it a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, production-focused environment.

Day-to-Day:
 • Obtain quotes for materials, services, tools, and equipment
 • Create and process purchase orders per approval policies and spending limits
 • Place orders for raw materials, chemicals, subcontracted services, and supplies via NetSuite
