ROLE OVERVIEW Seeking a Test Automation Quality Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks for critical financial systems. The role spans frontend and backend testing across APIs, databases, and microservices within a CI/CD-driven environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium with Java or Python with Robot Framework. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for UI and backend systems. Perform API and backend testing including validation of REST APIs and microservices. Conduct SQL-based database validation and data integrity checks. Define test scenarios, automation strategy, and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects in collaboration with development teams. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
