We are looking for a QA Lead to define and drive the quality strategy across a complex backend-oriented, multi-squad technology project. This person will coordinate QA activities across the programme, ensuring consistent standards, clear visibility of quality risks, and alignment between testing, delivery, and governance expectations. This role requires a strong mix of QA leadership, delivery coordination, and backend-oriented testing understanding. We need someone capable of establishing a robust and traceable QA operating model, supporting squads in quality-related decisions, and ensuring quality is embedded throughout the delivery lifecycle. (You will need to pass a QA Lead - Microservices, Integration & Workflow Orchestration security process)
