Key Responsibilities

• Lead and define the automation testing strategy, frameworks, and best practices across projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated testing frameworks.
• Designed AI-augmented QA workflows, implementation of AI-assisted QA practices using LLMs for dynamic test generation and risk-based test prioritization.
• Mentor and guide automation and manual QA engineers, driving technical excellence and quality mindset.
