QA Technician

The QA Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of fabricated parts through precise inspection and verification processes. This role focuses on operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for dimensional inspection and supporting Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities to ensure materials and components meet required specifications.

• Perform dimensional inspection of fabricated and machined parts using CMM equipment
• Program, set up, and operate CMM to measure components according to engineering drawings and specifications
• Interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and inspection standards
• Record, analyze, and report inspection results accurately and on time
• Identify non-conforming products and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
