Responsibilities

• Ensure the fundamental quality plan is established, well understood and executed by all QA/QC personnel.
• Monitor test production, and perform quality planning, quality target and performance management.
• Prevent the occurrence of quality defects in advance; not limited to quality improvement activities.
• Effectively respond to customer complaints regarding product issues, in a timely manner.
• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections according to quality control plan requirements.
• Ensure product conformity to established requirements by evaluating product according to customer and/or Engineering drawings, specifications and related documents.
• Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction.
