QA/QC Lab Technician

**Job Description:**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**General:**

+ Perform regular quality inspections on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping according to SOPs
+ Physical inspection of raw materials. Ensure the warehouse storage environment is acceptable for the materials being inspected
+ Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
+ Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
+ Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
+ Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
+ Supervise the production process if needed.
+ Carry out daily QC inspections in production.
+ Participate in quality-related issues (NCR, RCA).
+ Assist with general QMS maintenance
