• Establish the quality assurance system in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements and formulate the Project Quality Plan .
• Develop, review, and revise the Inspection & Test Plan , attend QA/QC meetings, and provide advice on quality control issues.
• Ensure quality of works aligns with the Quality Management Plan , including method statements, inspection & testing plans, and checklists.
• Oversee handling, storage, and handover processes of construction materials.
• Monitor the implementation of the Project Quality and Environmental Plan .
• Prepare quality plans to meet project and client requirements on QA and QC .
• Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and ensure timely close-outs.
• Witness and approve all site inspections within the assigned disciplines.
