QC Analyst

Responsible for testing, inspection and verification of raw materials, in-process and finished products and ensures products meet set specifications and standards.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes the quality of:

• a. Raw materials for refined /semi refined, gums, diluents and other food ingredients based on quality plan.
• b. Finished products for both WIP, primary and secondary blends based on quality plan and product data sheet.
• c. Wood moisture content of biomass and daily liquor normality.
• d. Chlorinated water and waste water.

Inspects containers used in in-coming and out-going shipment to ensure required condition is maintained.

• Monitors plant compliance with standard specifications for stored and shipped-out products.
• Prepares composite samples and necessary solutions for analysis.
• Conducts regular inspection of the following:
