Role Description

This position is responsible for preventing the manufacture or shipment of non-conforming products by conducting inspections of all products, including raw materials, and managing and analyzing inspection data. It also maintains a hygienic manufacturing environment by implementing and monitoring hygiene measures, including pest control.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist with QC inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. 
Work with standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods. 
Provide technical support to the quality and quality engineering functions. 
Operate and maintain HPLC, GC/MS and various lab instrumentation using accepted GLP procedures. 
Conducting microbiological testing. (Pathogenic bacteria testing is outsourced.)
Pest control: Overseeing and inspecting pest control operators (PCOs) and developing work plans.
