• Support and train team members in maintaining and troubleshooting
  DCS, QCS, and PLC systems


• Identify, troubleshoot, and efficiently resolve automation system
  issues


• Maintain and update system documentation according to customer
  standards


• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide actionable system
  data


• Develop and maintain operating procedures for DCS, QCS, and PLC
  equipment


• Contribute to lifecycle management and long‑term automation
  strategies
