職務概要

QMS Audit / EFQM Engineer は、Micron の品質マネジメントシステム（QMS）および European Foundation for Quality Management Model（EFQMモデル）に基づく継続的改善を推進し、顧客満足度の向上に貢献する役割です。
本ポジションは、監査・評価の計画、実施、そして改善活動を通じて Fab 全体の品質文化を強化し、業界標準に沿った品質保証体制の構築をリードします。

職務内容
QMSおよびEFQMモデルに基づく監査プロセスを深く理解し、Fab内で効果的に展開
内部監査・外部監査の準備、実施、フォローアップをリードし、改善計画を策定・推進
Fab代表としてグローバル品質組織と連携し、監査基準や評価手法の開発・改善に貢献
品質リスクを特定し、PCRBや関連部門と協働して適切なリスクマネジメントを実施
監査結果やEFQM評価に基づき、システム改善の提案を行い、継続的改善を推進
