We’re currently supporting an Australia-based real estate development group expanding its pre-construction and commercial team. They are looking for Quantity Surveyors / Estimators with strong experience in commercial projects to support a range of developments across Australia.

Role Overview:

This role is focused on pre-construction and cost management, supporting projects from early feasibility through tendering and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost estimation and quantity take-offs
• Preparation of budgets, feasibility studies, and cost plans
