8D-report preparation, root cause analyses, corrective actions definition, verification of corrective actions.

Key contact for the customer and leader of complaint handling process.

Preparation and update of quality documentation (Control Plan, QIP, Failure catalogue, control cards, etc.).

Maintain and develop the Quality Management according to IATF 16949 in his/her area of intervention.
