Description Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure they meet quality standards. 
Identify and document defects in a timely manner and collaborate with the development team for resolution. 
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements. 
Analyze test results and provide feedback to stakeholders on quality and improvement opportunities. 
Ensure compliance with quality assurance best practices in the BPO sector. 
Requirements Educational Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
