Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Engineer to support a Salesforce and SAP implementation. This role is 6 months/ HYBRID in Mexico City. Responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of integrated business systems by designing and executing comprehensive test strategies across both platforms.

Qualifications:

• Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of Salesforce workflows.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using APIs and middleware tools.
• Experience testing SAP modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, CRM, or S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP business processes and data validation techniques.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps.
• SQL knowledge for backend data validation.
