Role Description

Job Summary
:In this role, you will be the Quality Assurance Engineer for the Water Conveyance Systems (WCS) that includes the pipeline, pipeline crossings and pumpstation areas for the Mining & Metals team in the Yanacocha Water Treatment Project (Yanacocha WTP), based in Cajamarca, Peru.
Major Responsibilities:
Supporting an effective implementation of the Quality Management System (quality assurance and quality control) and the Risk Management program, participating in the implementation of the associated programs/plans.

Supervising quality activities on the project according to the Quality/Risk plan, and/or as instructed by the Quality Manager, and the Field Supervisor assigned.

Performing audits and surveillances to assure quality and identifying and mitigating risks as input for the Quality planning and Risk Management program and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actions and processing imp...
