Quality Assurance Manager - eCommerce Project

Our goal is to strengthen the brand in Spain. We are looking for an expert to work as QA Manager leading teams in an eCommerce environment !

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Strategy: Establish the QA roadmap, balancing manual precision with automated efficiency.
• Conversion Guardrails: Oversee rigorous testing of the checkout funnel, payment gateways, and third‑party integrations (ERP/CRM).
• Automation Leadership: Lead the shift toward CI/CD by expanding automated regression suites for web and mobile.
• Release Management: Act as the final Go/No-Go authority for site deployments and feature launches.
• Peak Performance: Manage load and stress testing to ensure stability during high‑traffic events like Black Friday.

Required Skills

• Experience: 9+ years in QA, with 5+ years leading teams in an eCommerce environment.
