Responsibilities include:

1. Take charge of quality management of daily production line, addressing process issues related to product quality in a timely manner to ensure product and service quality that satisfies or exceeds customer needs.
2. Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring feedback is provided within 24 hours while maintaining good relations and communication with customers.
3. Formulate inspection and control documents for product quality and conduct on-the-job training and assessment for relevant personnel.
4. Collect and aggregate quality data, reporting and formulating improvement plans periodically.
5. Assist in statistical analysis of processes to improve raw materials and product quality.
