- Take responsibility for the quality and
technical performance of suppliers and their n-tier supply
chain - Monitor and improve supplier
performance, from incident management to structural
improvements - Develop and execute Supplier
Improvement Plans (SIP) - Implement improvement
programs such as Lean, SPC, FMEA, and operational excellence at
suppliers - Optimize manufacturing processes,
quality control, and testing procedures - Collaborate with procurement and internal stakeholders on
a company-wide quality strategy - Act as a
technical expert and sparring partner for internal teams and
suppliers - Lead and develop a team of Supplier
