Quality Engineer

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Quality Engineer for a top manufacturing client. In this role, the Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance across the full manufacturing lifecycle. Day to day, this individual will conduct in‑process and factory inspections, support lab testing, manage calibration and quality logs, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). They will analyze quality data and KPIs such as scrap rates and first‑pass yield, lead root cause analysis for nonconformances, and drive corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with engineering, production, and inspection teams.
