Quality Engineer

Job Description 1. Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
- Maintain, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements. - Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of audit findings. - Ensure proper documentation, control, and continuous alignment with regulatory and certification standards. - Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformities identified through audits and process reviews. 2. Supplier Quality Management - Develop and manage supplier quality programs to ensure incoming materials meet specifications. - Perform supplier qualification, audits, and performance evaluations. - Lead supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and ensure timely resolution. - Monitor supplier KPIs (e.g. defect rates, on-time delivery, quality performance). - Collaborate with procurement / supply chain and engineering teams to address supplier-related issues and improvements. 3.
